When can I get it?

BT is hard at work, constantly adding exchanges provisioned to carry the business ADSL-NOW! service.

Check on whether your exchange is ADSL enabled:

Other factors that will affect your ADSL-NOW! business connection:

• First of all, has your local exchange been set up to support ADSL-NOW!
  
• Second, ADSL (which powers ADSL-NOW!) is distance-dependent, which means that service degrades significantly where your premises are beyond 3.5 km (approx.) from the local exchange. We will check this to ensure that your line supports the full service before going ahead with providing service.
  
  Around 85% of the UK population live within this distance from their exchange.
